Anderson Contemporary Art occupies 3,000 square feet of exhibition space in historic downtown Santa Fe just one-half block west of the Plaza. The gallery's modern interior, featuring 14-foot ceilings and a vaulted skylight, is the perfect showcase for paintings, sculpture, drawings, and objects in mixed media. The gallery specializes in contemporary nonrepresentational art with innovative media, surface treatment and texture. Gallery artists currently living in the USA, Canada, Australia, and Colombia are primarily well established artists whose achievements include various honors and awards plus representation in numerous private, corporate, and public collections. Previously located in Albuquerque and Taos, Anderson Contemporary Art consolidated its operations and moved to Santa Fe in 1998.
