For twenty-five years Cafe Pasqual's has been serving emphatically flavored cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of New Mexico, Old Mexico and Asia. We are dedicated to using fresh, seasonal, organic and naturally raised foods. In 1999 we received the James Beard America's Regional Cooking Classics Award for a "timeless, grassroots restaurant that serves memorable food and is strongly imbedded in the fabric of the community," the same year that Chef Katharine Kagel was the James Beard nominee as Best Chef Southwest.
