Chiaroscuro Contemporary Art, at 702 1/2 Canyon Road, was founded in 2000 by the Gebert Family and represents over thirty artists with contemporary abstraction as the predominate focus. Designed as a residential space by architect Ron Robles, the gallery has an intimate feel despite its large size and a contemporary look with plenty of natural light. Chiaroscuro continues to expand the contemporary abstraction program representing established and emerging artists on a national level.
