Yes, but a land of great bounty as well as sere beauty. Executive Chef Carmen Rodriguez’s eclectic menu uses Classical French technique but does not hesitate to source for the O’Keeffe Café menu ingredients from the entire culinary universe. He does restrain himself almost completely in the use of chilies which are anathema to a fine wine destination.
