At their farm in Socorro, New Mexico, Tom and Tracey created a simple, yet effective grazing method in which chickens are moved on a daily basis in portable pens through certified organic fields planted with organically grown chicory, millet, wheatgrass and brassicas. In addition the birds' diets are supplemented with certified organic grains.
