| Chef Steven Jarrett has 20 years of cooking experience. He began his career in Dallas at the Hotel Crescent Court and The Mansion. In 1990, he began his cooking adventure at The Courtyard Grill in Austin. The next year in New Orleans, Bella Luna and Mike's on the Avenue benefited from their expertise. In 1992, Steven worked at fine kitchens such as the enchanting Galisteo Inn and Geronimo. While at Geronimo the restaurant won Best entrée 1996 and Best entrée and Grand Prize 1997 Taste of Santa Fe, and he was invited to cook at the honorable James Beard Society in NYC. After the birth of his first daughter he enjoyed cooking and teaching the lighter side of their cuisine at Vista Clara Ranch in Galisteo. |
